Some things I’ve taught myself through out the years. I have not gone to college for art or comics, these are things I’ve learned by just trying to make comics by myself.

I’ve also learned this stuff on the fly, through reading and doing. Regarding that last one: you can also use other elements to guide the reader’s eye through the page - shapes of objects, perspective on elements that “zoom” from top to bottom or right to left, etc.

it’s pretty nuts to think that when this video was shot, that the internet was not available to the majority of people, hell, it barely even existed, that the NES was only a few years old, and most of the stuff we use today on a daily basis (small cell phones, texting, electric cars, flat screen monitors, etc.) was unthinkable and didn’t even exist.

I'm trying to learn M.U.G.E.N. at the moment and I saw your post about offering still photos of your likeliness if people want to attempt making a character out of it. Does anyone know a site that allows me to sell shirts AND prints AND it’s a site that anyone can sign up for to sell their stuff? (If you don’t know what a “print” is, basically imagine a poster or a large image)

got $2,950 which is gonna pay for my rent/bills straight through mid july, which almost guarantees i should be able to get a job by then because most places will be hiring by mid-june, so yeah

that plus the donations from the last 24 hour stream effectively paid for videos to exist on youtube from like, march through september so again, i can’t thank everyone enough, i’m going to spend all of today literally applying to like 40+ jobs lol
